1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to to288. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Member", or "You") and to288 (the "Company", "Platform", "Service", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the to288 website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, playing games, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may not register for or maintain an account with to288.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to sports bettors, casino players, live dealer game participants, and any other individuals accessing our gaming products. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by the User on the to288 Platform, which stores User information, transaction history, and account balance.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in a User's Account, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), available for wagering or withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sports event, casino game, or other gaming product offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by to288 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds by a User from an external payment source into their to288 Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, age verification, and address verification required under applicable regulations.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's to288 Account balance to an external payment destination specified by the User.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register for and maintain an account with to288, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. to288 strictly enforces age verification and prohibits underage gambling in compliance with Indonesian law and international gaming standards.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesia at the time of account registration and when accessing the Platform. We employ geo-location technology to verify your physical location.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, ban, or restriction from gambling imposed by any regulatory authority or operator, including to288.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of to288 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must not create an account using false or misleading information, and you may not register multiple accounts. Each User is permitted one account only. Any attempt to open duplicate accounts will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify to288 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. to288 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, to288 requires all Users to complete identity verification. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of government-issued identification documents such as your Indonesian ID card (KTP), passport, driver's license, or other acceptable forms of identification. We may also require proof of address (utility bills, bank statements dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statements, screenshots of e-wallet accounts).

to288 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, age, location, source of funds, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension or closure. We may suspend withdrawal privileges until satisfactory verification is completed.

All documents submitted for verification must be valid, legible, and unaltered. Submission of fraudulent, forged, or altered documents will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

to288 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits and account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. to288 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your account originate from legitimate sources and belong solely to you. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal activity, fraud, or any other unlawful means. You must not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

to288 reserves the right to refuse any deposit, reverse any deposit, or close any account if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law. We may conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions.

6. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by to288. Withdrawal requests must be for a minimum of Rp 100,000.

Withdrawal processing times are typically under 5 minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed during the next banking day. to288 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own receiving fees.

Before processing your first withdrawal, to288 requires completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification if there are changes to your account information, significant time has elapsed since the last verification, or if unusual activity is detected.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual bonus promotion.

to288 reserves the right to conduct security checks on withdrawal requests and may delay processing if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, terms violations, or irregular play patterns. We may request additional documentation or information before approving a withdrawal.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

to288 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, and other incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. Bonus terms include but are not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, eligible games or sports markets, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or not at all.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be abused. to288 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated play with other Users, arbitrage betting, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other activity that exploits bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with recreational play.

Bonuses are discretionary and to288 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at any time if we believe the bonus terms have been violated or if the bonus was issued in error.

8. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport or league in question, as well as the general betting rules published on the to288 Platform. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or event. If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned, bet settlement rules will vary depending on the sport and market — refer to our Sports Betting Rules page for complete details.

to288 reserves the right to void bets if there is clear evidence of: match-fixing or corruption, incorrect odds offered due to technical error (commonly known as "palpable error"), unauthorized use of inside information, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the betting market. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's account.

Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets and may vary by sport, league, and market type. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. to288 reserves the right to adjust limits or refuse any bet at our discretion.

9. Casino and Live Dealer Rules

All casino games, slots, and live dealer games are provided by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before playing.

All casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent auditing agencies. to288 does not and cannot influence or manipulate game outcomes.

Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios. The decisions of the live dealer are final. If a technical issue occurs during a live dealer game session, bets may be voided and stakes returned according to the game provider's malfunction policy.

10. Responsible Gaming

to288 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activity, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), loss limits, session time limits, self-exclusion options (from 24 hours to permanent exclusion), and reality check reminders.

to288 prohibits underage gambling. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
• Colluding with other Users or engaging in any form of cheating or fraud
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any other mechanical or electronic assistance
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through coordinated play or other unfair methods
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate grounds
• Using the Platform while located outside Indonesia or using VPN/proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or to288 staff

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

to288 provides the Platform and all gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We are not liable for any interruption of service, technical issues, or downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet connectivity issues, server failures, natural disasters, power outages, or actions by third-party service providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to288 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform is free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

to288's total liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that User in the six months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of to288 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.

The to288 brand name, logo, and all related trademarks are owned by to288. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian Arbitration Board (BANI).

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against to288.

15. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

to288 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to to288, other Users, or third parties. In cases of account termination for cause, we may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
